VMWare Fusion 5 Freezing in Macbook Air MacBookAir6,2 (mid 2013)

Here is my system information:

I used to have the older Macbook Air 6,1 and never had this issue with VMWare.

VMWare freezes randomly and puts my computer to a deadlock. Even after force quitting vmware, the process holds its threads and maxes out one of my cores.

Is anyone else having this issue
