Fusion Trial and Windows Activation question.

I have installed Fusion 6.0.2 trial on a 10.9 MBP with 16Gb RAM and imported a copy of my 70Gb Parallels Windows 7 VM.

All went smoothly (except the import process progress bar seemed to keep restarting before it successfully completed), but the Fusion VM says I have three days to activate.

Presumably if I do activate it will remove the activation from my (currently) main Parallels VM? or could they both be activated simultaneously (on the same computer).

I have generally found Parallels VM very tolerant of activation issues. Windows sees the hardware as Parallels hardware, and moving the VM around and cloning it does not seem to provoke activation requests. Is Fusion the same?
