If I save a file in Fusion's "Shared" folder from my Host Mac OS machine, I can open it only on my host machine, but not from within my virtual Mac OS machine. Also, it shows the wrong file type within the virtual machine (just "Document") not the actual file type.
The reverse is also true, if I save a file in Fusion's "Shared" from within my Virtual machine, I can open it only on my virtual machine, but not from within the Host machine. Again, it shows the wrong file type within the host machine (just "Document") not the actual file type.
The files must be mostly fine, since they will open in their own environment from the shared folder, but the Mac OS in the opposite environment for some reason won't open them. Any suggestions?
