How do I fix screen resolution for Win7 vm on Fusion 6?

Hi everyone,

I would really appreciate it if anyone can tell me how to set and fix the screen resolution on my win7 vm running on fusion 6. 

I have lost count of how many times I have set it, but each time I log in the screen seems to reset itself to a much higher resolution so I have to set it back.

Any help would be much appreciated.
