Make VM available on Network

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some help to enable me to make a VM I have running on VMware Fusion available to my home network. Info as follows.

• Running VMware 6 on OSX Mavericks
• VM is a Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS
• VM has a website running on localhost that I can access on my Mac using IP address of VM

So what I want to be able to do is to access the website hosted on the VM on my iPad.

How do I achieve this?
