Windows 7 on MacBook Pro with Retina Display 15"

I have a Windows 7 SP1 virtual machine on my MacBook Pro with Retina Display 15". For every user (after logging-in) on my machine I adapted:

Screen Resolution -> Make text and other items larger or smaller -> Larger 150%

I'm running VMware Fusion 6.0.2.

But the text on my login screen remain rather small. How can I achieve the same (=larger font) as when I'm logged in?
