Trying to get Windows 7 on multiple displays in full screen mode. I can span all the displays in Unity mode but not full screen.
I'm using my iMac as an external display for my late 2013 mbp, in Target Display Mode. With a Thunderbolt cable. The MBP is running 64 bit Windows 7 on Fusion 5.0.4.
So I don't know what the problem might be. I suppose it could be TDM, or it could be Fusion 5.x on Mavericks? Anyone have any ideas? I don't get an error message. Both screens flicker when I try to switch the full screen mode but nothing else happens. In the VM Library the little representation of the active windows makes it look like the two displays are overlapping one another.
Also - the menu for full screen behavior is extremely confusing. Is the choice displayed the one that's active or is the one you've clicked the one that's active? Why not list both in the menu and put a check next to whichever choice is active? Anyway, I've tried both and neither work. The menu I'm talking about is the one that toggles between displaying Use All Displays in Full Screen -or - Use Single Display in Full Screen. When you click either of those the menu changes to display the one you didn't select.
