How to add a network share shortcut in the Dock TaskBar ? ( for VMWare fusion 6.0.2 on MAC OSX 10.9 )

Hi,

I run VMWare fusion 6.0.2 on MAC OSX 10.9.

I tried to add shorcuts in the Dock to access network shares quickly.

I tried to drag and drop the shortcut, then copy from MAC to VM

but all attempts have failed.

Do you have any advices for that manipulation ?

Do you know how to create this kind of shortcuts ?
