Maintain Mac style keyboard commands when using a Windows VM

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to make my keyboard act as it would on a Mac when running Windows 7 in Fusion.  For example, when I click "Command-Right Arrow" in a text document I would like the cursor to move to the end of the line as it does when I do so on my Mac.

I've done a bit of searching but haven't found whether this is possible or not.  I am running VMWare Fusion 6 on a Macbook Pro, running Windows 7 in the VM.
