Error During Windows 7x64 as Guest OS on MacBook Air (via USB)

Hello All

I am facing a problem of installation Windows 7 x Home (64 bits) as guest OS to my MacBook Air. It shows me that "no boot filename received".

As I don't have a SuperDrive, I tried to install via USB stick with .ISO FORMAT.

I've tried several ISO files of Win 7 Home (64) but the result are the same.

It stop and show the same result as "no boot filename received". I attach the print screen photos.

And notice that under installation directory DOCUMENT / VIRTUAL MACHINE / Window 7 x64.vmwarevm is appeared as 1.08 GB. (It took less than 15 sec to write down 1GB to HDD). Photo attached.

Please advise if you guys have experiences like mine or anything you think......
