Graphics card issues when opening Kodu with Windows 7

After downloading the trial version of VMware Fusion with Windows 7, I downloaded Kodu Game Lab and all required software and I get the following error when opening the program. My 2011 MacBookPro has an Intel HD Graphics 3000 384MB card on board, so is it really too low or has the VMware Fusion windows emulator downgraded its capabilities somehow? Image may be NSFW.
