I have a couple of issues and would like to see if anyone can help me before I raise a support ticket.
1. I'm trying to get VM to allow me to run a British keyboard while in the windows environment .... VMware KB: Using an alternate keyboard layout for a virtual machine in VMware Fusion
........ Under Keyboard layout/IME, select your Apple keyboard layout. The word (Apple)appears at the end of these layout (It doesn't)
I would really appreciate some input.
2. I've installed Chrome within VM and every time, I shutdown and open again, I have to reset the default settings.
Any help appreciated.
3. The McAffee software which comes along with Fusion 6.0.2 keeps wanting me to re-install it. (I don't usually use this software, but as it's free for a year, I thought I would try it, as VM recommend it, well, they must, because it's bundled with it!)
I'm new to a Mac and VMware, however I've been using a computer since DOS and understand Windows very well, however, there is nothing I can do at the moment which seems to resolve these issues.
I would really appreciate some input.
