Sound Errors on new P2V

I have just installed Fusion 6.0.2 on a new Mac Pro and have virtualized my Windows 7 machine.

I keep getting the following error.  I click YES and the message goes away until the next sound event.  If I select NO, the window keeps coming up.

Any ideas on how to fix this annoying issue other than disabling audio in windows (which works)?
