files change on disk in shared folder

Hi,

I upgraded from Fusion 5... to 6... (because of problems with the screen turning black). I use files that are on the Mac harddisk outside the VM but mounted in the VM. I edit them with emacs under a Linux OS. This worked fine until now but after the upgrade emacs claims that the file was changed and asks me whether I want to revert it.

Any ideas how this could be solved?
