How do I restore a minimised VM?

Hopefully a silly question, but...

If I minimise a Windows 8 VM, how do I get it back?

I'm running the VM in a single window, not via Unity.

I minimise my VM's window and it shrinks with a genie effect into the Fusion icon in the dock.

I then want to restore the window, but I can't see how to do it.

When I right click on the Fusion icon in the dock to pull up its menu of VMs, my Windows 8 item has a sub-menu off it to run individual applications (I guess the items on the Windows 8 home screen), but there's nothing to simply restore the VM window.

Can somebody put me out of my misery and tell me how do I get my window back?
