I have recently purchased this software so I can use Windows on my Mac to run some software I need.
I have only had it up and running a day or so and now the Windows screen is frozen installing update 121 of 150.
I am fairly IT illiterate so I would be grateful for any advice/support with this.
I have tried shutting down but this has not changed anything.
Not sure whether to reinstall and purchase the parallel software.
