host OS: Mac OS X 10.9.2

guest OS: debian 7 (wheezy) 64-bit

vmware fusion v6.0.2

hardware: MacBook Air late 2013 11", 1.7GHz Core i7, 8GB RAM

This just happened a few weeks ago, but it seems to happen almost everyday; everytime I unplug my external monitor (via thunderbolt), my vmware fusion host will crash and it asks me to either close it or restart it.  I have combed the log files for when the crash has happened in the hopes that they may be deciphered.  The reason why it happens daily is because of my daily routine; every morning, I unplug my external monitor from my macbook before I goto work.  I then plug in my macbook into a different external monitor at work; then unplug it at the end of the day (but it doesn't crash at work).  Then I plug the macbook back into my external monitor at home.  Sometimes, I often unplug and replug it multiple times at home as I often carry my macbook outside of my room to other areas of my house and use the macbook there.  But at the end of the day, I almost always leave the macbook plugged into my external monitor before I goto bed.
