the reason i downloaded VMware is because I like windows Office Excel better than Mac Excel. Now that I am finally able to run the windows version of excel, I have run into problems with conflicting mac commands. For example, I am trying to hit F4 while in Windows Excel, and instead of carrying out the command in excel, my mac pulls up the Launch pad (the shortcut for mac). I have already tried deselecting "enable mac OS host keyboard shortcuts" and still i am unable to have separate short cuts between mac and windows. I was wondering if anyone could help.
