Not possible to use @ key with Fusion and Windows 8.1

Hi, I am running Windows 8.1 under Fusion but I can't use the @ symbol. It gets converted into the symbol "

This makes it difficult when trying to type email addresses.

Any ideas? Is it something to do with keyboard mappings?
