Running Fusion 6.02 and now 6.03 with a Windows 7 Home Premium VM, I've had trouble getting keystrokes on a Mac keyboard that are mapped from Cmd+C to Ctrl+C, Cmd+X to Ctrl+X, etc., to reliably and consistently work in the VM. Most of the time, a Cmd+C, for example, will just echo a "c" in whatever Windows window I'm typing in. Sometimes, if I execute a Ctrl+Cmd+C, I'll get the wanted behavior and the key mapping will then work briefly afterward. In other words, Cmd+C will map to Ctrl+C. But that may only last a few keystrokes.
Key mapping is turned on in the preferences. The default key mappings are active and toggled on.
Why doesn't this work? Is there any way I can make it work?
Fusion is unusable for me without the convenience of consistency with these keystrokes.
Thanks for any thoughts on this.
