Change host adapter IP

I added two networks to Fusion 6, vmnet2 uses dhcp 192.168.2.0 and vmnet3 uses dhcp 192.168.3.0 subnets.

Both networks have a host adapter with the IP starting with .1.

How can i change the host adapter IP to another IP address permanently, eg to 192.168.2.100?

I can change the IP address via the commandline but this is not stored permanently, changing the dhcp.conf doesn't help either.
