Limit to amount of memory for a VM in VM fusion 6?

I have a VM that needs 10GB memory. However, in my VM fusion configuration, I cannot assign more than 8192 MB to the VM. Any tips on how to increase the memory assigned to my VM?

I use a Macbook pro 13 inches with 16GB RAM.
