Window 2012 R2 Guest not detecting multiple monitor?

I got a problem where multiple monitor is not detected correctly by the Guest OS (Windows 2012 R2). If I select use all monitor in full screen mode, all monitors (3x) will show the Guest OS in mirror mode. I tried to go to display option in the guest OS to do extended desktop, but Windows tell me only 1 monitor detected?

VMWare fusion Pro 6.04

OSX 10.9.2

Mac Pro (Cylinder) E5 4 Core 16GB Ram D300 Graphic

3X Display : Apple Thunderbolt X2, Dell 24" monitor x1 (1920*1200)
