@-Symbol not with alt+l, but with alt+q

Hi there!

I'm running the latest Win7 on the latest VMWare Fusion on the latest OS/X, both systems set to German language. Problem: @-symbol is alt+q instead of alt+l.

How can I change this? Before I set up my system new from scratch, it worked like a charm. VMWare Tools are installed.
