Hi all,
I am a pretty low end user of Fusion, so I apologize if this is too basic. I did search the forums for about 30min but haven't seen this issue.
I basically use Fusion to run some complex Excel sheets. The sheets are stored in Dropbox. My Macbook Pro 15" with most updated Fusion is running XP (old). My newer Macbook Air has a similar VM with Windows 7. I wanted to copy the MBA VM with Win 7 to the MBP so I could have the newer OSX, but not have to reinstall everything (I don't have the Microsoft Office discs, these apps were installed at work).
I copied the "Virtual Machine" folder to the MBP. I opened the VM and on start up got a message about display incompatibilities. Everything is working fine but all the icons are tiny. My eyes are fine but I can barely see them. I went into Control Panel and made the desktop icons bigger, but whe I open Excel, everything is tiny there too.
Is there another way to do this? The MBA has a smaller screen obviously than the MBP. I am guessing it has to do with that.
Thanks
