Battery drains to 0% overnight in sleep while running fusion since 10.9.2

I'm  not willing to say definitively that this is a Fusion issue, but so far it seems like my mid 2013 MBA i7 drains the battery to 0% while in sleep overnight only while a VM is running.  On the Apple forums it seems like some are having this issue with Parallels as well.

I am using Fusion 6.0.2.  Support information is attached.

Anyone else having this issue?  Any workarounds or solutions?
