After completing a Clean Up virtual Machine and unchecking a split desk, some files in Windows Server 2008 R2 are reporting that they are corrupt. Users aren't able to open the files.

I have a guest OS running Windows Server 2008 R2. I did a Virtual Machine cleanup and then uncheck the split disk option from fusion settings. The process took quite a while. After it was done, the VM started up but some files on the guest system are now reporting that they are corrupt. These files were good before any of the steps taken above.
