Network cable unplugged, Adapter panel greyed out after moving Fusion to a new mac

I cant' solve this problem.

A couple of months ago I moved to a new iMac (late 2013) and network in Fusion ceased to work.

Windows (XP) says: "Network cable unplugged"

Fusion's Network adapter control says that it's enabled (share my mac is turned on), but all the panel is disabled, greyed out.

I've tried changing from NAT to bridged, but mothing changed.

Since then I have updated Fusion 6 to a minor version update and upgraded to Fusion 7, but the problem is still there.

In the Knowledge base I've found something similar referred to other VMWare products that suggested me that the problem could be in Mac's network configuration, but I'm not certain where; and, anyway, S.O. and configuration and the same I had on the older iMac , where everything worked fine.

I'm often connected to a VNC using Tunnelblick, but I've tried turning it off and the problem is still there. (And again, on the older Mac it was working fine even through VNC).

Any suggestion?
