I am running Yosemite Beta and VMWare 6.0.4
I have chosen not upgraded to VMWare 7 until the final release of Yosemite is released and VMWare 7 has made all of its fixes accordingly.
Now, having stated the above, I have not experienced any issues (to my knowledge) with using VMWare 6.0.4 on the Yosemite Beta until the most recent beta update this morning.
After the Yosemite Beta Update to Beta 6, I lost the sharing capability with my Mac, and all of my desktop icons disappeared.
I get the following message:

I have tried turning sharing off - rebooting the virtual machine (windows 7), turning sharing on, rebooting the virtual machine and verified the sharing is enabled on my mac after the update.
Are the VMWare guru's aware of this and working on a resolution?
