Logon Failure in Windows 7 "The User profile cannot be loaded." , in VMware Fusion 7.0 after upgrade to Yosemite

I upgraded my Mac Pro to OS X Yosemite 10.10. Prior to the upgrade I did an orderly shutdown of Windows and VMware Fusion 7.0.0. I also checked for VMware updates first and was up-to-date.  After completing the upgrade I re-started VMware and subsequently started Windows. Shortly after entering the logon password for Windows I received the following error message, "The User Profile Service service failed the logon. The User profile cannot be loaded." My only option is to click OK, then it appears to re-start Windows, but I'm stuck with this result every time. I have re-started the Mac with no change in result. Prior to the upgrade to Yosemite I had no problems.   Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
