I have recently upgraded my MacOS to 10.10 and have since been having trouble with the mouse focus when using my virtual machine (windows 8.1).
I have just installed a trial of Fusion 7.0.0 and this resolves the issue.
I do not intend to spend more money on the upgrade from 6.0.5 to 7.0.0
I have now downgraded to 6.0.5 and the issue is apparent straight away.
If i go to the top of the screen to switch a browser tab as an example the fusion menu drops down and does not hide itsself i have to enter the setting menu for the VM and then the dropdown disapears.
In the mean time the focus on the VM is lost and i have to click multiple times to gain control of the VM.
This is just one example of the problem, I also have this issue when using remote desktop sessions within the Virtual Machine.
As stated above once upgrading to 7.0.0 the problems are resolved and all mouse opertaions are back to as they were before upgrading to MacOS 10.10.
Is there another patch for Fusion 6 on the way to resolve this ?
I am running a 27" iMac with an additional screen, with the vm running accross both.
