Hey guys!
First of all my English isn't very good so I can make a lot of mistakes but I hope you can understand me! 
I'm looking for the best setting for my virtual machine but I don't know what the best setting is (for the best performance, like speed)
How much RAM should I put into windows? (I have 8gb RAM on my mac)
How many processor should I set? (my maximum is 4 processors)
How many shared graphics memory should I set? (my maximum is 2048 and VMWare says that 1024 is recommend)
I switch a lot between mac and windows but every time I switch back to mac and an hour later back to windows my windows is very very very slow, I have to force shut down windows and restart it again before it's 'normal' again and I don't have the opportunity to save all of my stuff where I'm working because it's that slow, quite annoying! This problem started a couple days after I upgraded to Yosemite (I don't want to downgrade to Mavericks).How can I solve this problem or what is the best setting to solve? (I use windows a lot)

-OS X Yosemite
-VMWare Fusion 7.0.1
-8GB RAM 1600 MHz DDR3
-Processor 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5
