If it possible that Fusion can access a remote workstation by pcoip protocol to achieve 1:1 remote workstation's performance

I'am a .NET developer who is working on a Mac OS X stack. I love all the stuff of my Apple products so I don't switch back to Windows environment.

As I am a .NET developer, I always play with Visual Studio 2012 on a Parallels Desktop vm. Everything works find after I replace my MacBook's HDD with a 300GB SSD.

Recently, I have got a DELL R5500 workstation with FX100 host card and Zero-Client. I found it fantastic that I can run Visual Studio more smoothly than the VM on my MacBook. And also 3d games can be played pretty well with Quadro Graphic cards of the workstation.

My question is:

Is it possible to access DELL R5500 with full 1:1 performance without the thin client on my Mac OS X stack? I have read some docs about VMware View with PCoIP and so confused. No docs/case studies talk about a environment like mine.
