Creating Microsoft Office Folder on Dock

Hi All,

I enabled VMWare Fusion so that I can see my Windows programs in the Applications folder on my MacBook Pro.  I created a folder (standard blue folder) and placed all of the Office 2013 icons into the folder.  Thereby, when I go to the Applications folder on my MacBook Pro, all of my Office 2013 icons are in a single folder. 

My question - is it possible to customize the standard blue folder?  With Office Mac 2011, the folder was a nice looking black folder.  Is it possible to customize the standard blue folder that I have created so that it looks like the Office Mac 2011 folder although I am not actually running Office Mac 2011?
