Vmware fusion 6 pro and Yosemite Cannot find Valid Peer Process to connect to.

Over the summer I bit the bullet and paid for Unity 6 Pro at home because I wanted to upgrade to Mavericks and 4.x didn't do so hot with the change.   bought it outright.

After upgrading to Yosemite Unity 6 pro plain stopped working.  (Cannot find a valid peer process to connect to)   It appears to be a known issue.  The simple answer is, just BUY more software.

I understand that if I buy version 7 then the 'bug' is fixed.  But you have to realize milking your users for license fees when they are bent over with a broken VM is a little bit bullshit.

You guys don't know who your individual users are, but sometimes they are cloud architects at large companies owned by larger companies like fujitsu.  Screwing ANY individual like this really speaks volumes to how desperate the company is for support dollars.   I'm sure if a customer like this were put off sufficiently that customer might push hard to not use the products in their professional life as well.

My plan is to install the demo of  7 copy my data off my drives and uninstall vmware and never look back.
