Locked myself out of WinXP

Hi

I mistakenly locked myself out of VMWare Fusion WinXP image. I went to My computers and moved my machine to a workgroup called "WORKGROUP".

It asked for a username/passwd. I entered my AD username/passwd. It accepted it and then asked me to reboot.

Since then I am not able to log back in ?

Is there a way out of this ?
