Fusion 5 hangs after some time of inactivity

Hi,

I run Fusion 5.0.1 on OSX 10.8.1 on a Mac Pro 2x3 GHz with 16 GB RAM.

After some time of only Mac activity (click on the Windows VM), I cannot coninue using the VM:

After clicking on the VM window I get a beach ball for appr. 1 Min. Then everything works fine.

This did not happen with Fusion 4 (I upgraded).

I attached the process analysis of the main app and vmware-vmx.

Is there something I can do to prevent this behaviour?
