Starting from 5.0.3 i'm getting the problem on the vmdk split files. All of these files get last modification time updated when starting/stopping or suspending the VM. This behaviour prevent me to do a incremental backup of the vm, like i usually do before the update to the last release of fusion 5. I'm not using Time Machine but i think this behavoiur could affect it too, making full backup every hour.
vm -> Windows 7
1gb ram, one virtual disk.
