Import parallels 6 vm into fusion 5

Hello,

i am about to evaluate a switch from parallels 6 to fusion 5.

I downloaded the latest fusion 5 version and tried to import a parallels vm containing a Windows XP SP2 (just OS without any programms installed). I removed parallel tools but now, i get prompted that new hardware was found.

I am in an endlos loop that a new pci to pci bridge hardware was found. I cancelled now this screen but it seems to be that a huge amout of new hardware was found.

Did anyone successfully convert VM from parallels 6 to fusion 5? How many pci to pci bridge do you have in the win xp system settings?

System used is a new macbook without retina display. (MAC OS X 10.8)
