Fusion 6.0.1 - only the Win7Pro guest is unable to ping router, or access internet when using MBPro WiFi as network...

MBPro 13" running MacOSX 10.8.5 as host + VMware Fusion 6.0.1 - on a WiFi network

Guest is Win 7 Pro, with VMware Fusion guest Network settings of either AutoDetect or when specifying the MBPro's WiFi port - both of which do acquire gateway and DNS servers - but is unable to ping the router, but can ping host (Mac) and ping other guests - and other items on the local network.

Other guests (FreeBSD and Ubuntu) can ping gateway and internet without an issue, using the same VMware Fusion Network settings.

For the Win 7 Pro guest - I tried disabling the Windows Firewalls (private and public together) - no luck.

Weird thing is - if I plug MBPro into a wired network (to a TimeCapsule) and change the VMware Fusion network settings of the guest to the MBPro LAN port (i.e. to the TimeCapsule) and being part of the flat wireless network which is WiFi down to an Airport Extreme (which provides the wireless network) which is cabled to a DrayTek (which is wireless disabled) that acts as gateway, router and DHCP host - then the guest VM can reach out.

Am I missing something obvious?
