One question is highlighted by our laptop test team. According to the test result, the USB 3.0 key can't be detected correctly if we set VM10 USB compatibility to USB2.0
when we try to set the usb compatibility to USB3.0, the USB3.0 usb key still can't be detected correctly. Could you have any suggestion for this situation?
