!!! HELP Lost 40gb

Hi there everyone,

HELP needed.

I installed trial version of WMWare Fussion 6 on my Macbook Air. OSX 10.9.2.

1. I chosen 40gb for Virtual Space and tried to install windows xp.

2. It failed to instal and I removed WMware Fussion (sent to trash and deleted it)

3. Now I am 40gb short and can't recover it. Can't find a partition and if i reinstall VMWare it doesn't show as virtual machine the one I tried to create.

PLEASE HELP
