Unable to run VMware Fusion

Hi All,

I am a bit lost. I have been trying to install VMware Fusion 5 on my mac and I can't get it to install. I have attached the message that I keep getting every time I go to install fusion.

I am running OSX 10.9.2.

What is causing the issue? I have re downloaded it about 5 times and re tried that and no luck.
