I've got a problem with the Safe sleep on my Macbook pro retina 15" when the battery run out and a Virtual Machine is still running
This is my system:
Macbook pro retina 15" , OSX 10.9.2 Mavericks, vmware fusion 6.0.3.
Basically if I leave the battery finish while NO VM is running everything works, the system goes to safe sleep mode and I can recover my job once i connect the charger back.
If there are VMs powered on (in this case a Windows 7 VM) when the battery is out the macbook just shut down, when i plug the charger back it starts and boot the OSX without saving anything on Mac or Windows.
I've already tried to activate the "PASS POWER STATUS TO VM" option but it didn't works, nothing changes.
I'm going crazy, there are someone who already have got the same issue, there is any solution?
