Cannot extend displays in Windows for Dual Screens

Hi,

I am new to Mac and new to Vmware Fusion.
Currently running: Version 6.0.4 (1887983)

I have my Macbook with 2 24" Screens (Macbook Screen, 1 HDMI port, 1 VGA port via Display port)

I don't want to use my Macbook screen in windows, I leave this as it is.

I do want to use the 2 screens to the right as Windows however.

When I start up Vmware Fusion, and run Windows 7 - Windows can detect the 2nd screen, however after I try and extend Windows it stretches it as 1 monitor across 2 screens at a Resolution of 3360x1200 and I can't enable the second monitor and select "Extend Display"

Has anybody else run into this problem?
