High CPU load using VM Virtuakbox

I have a MacBook Pro 2.5GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor (Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz) with 3MB L3 cache.

I use VMware Fusion Pro 7.0.1 (2235595) to install and use Windows 8 to run internetworking simulator’s solution on my MacBook.

These simulators come with Oracle VM VirtualBox and they used to run in the Windows virtual machine on my MacBook Pro without any issue.

So far no problem!

However, after the upgrade to OS X Yosmite 10.10.1  the simulators do not work anymore because of high CPU usage by VBoxHeadless.exe

I deleted the VM, I uninstalled VMware Fusion and reinstalled it, then reinstalled the Windows OS, made all the possible upgrade and finally installed the simulators solutions without any success to have any simulator running as they used. The reason is always high CPU usage by VBoxHeadless.exe as seen in the following pictures:

I then moved to bootcamp and redone everything again. Now the simulators all run as before however on windows on bootcamp partition.  Now I even can run many devices in the simulators  as shown in the following pictures without any issue:

Please, do you know how can I solve this issue? I prefer to use VMware fusion because this gives me more flexibilities for what I want to achieve when compared to the bootcamp.

There is a difference in between the hosts when it concerns the information reported by windows regarding the virtualisation capability of the MacBook.

Thank you much in advance!

Kind Regards
