Fusion 7 - vmx file is corrupted

Hello,
when tryingtoimport a virtualmachinefromParallels Desktop10 to Fusion 7I get the errormessage "vmx fileis corrupted".

UnderPD 10, the virtual machine will runand not damaged.

What can I doto import them?
