Share VM network with host?

Hi,

the internet is full of answers for this question the other way around. But what I want/need to achieve is different: my windows VM has a network connection that I need to share with my OS X host.

I want the Mac to go through the VM to connect to a sort of VPN network, that doesn't work with OS X.

I am running OS X 10.10, Win7 and VMWare Fusion 7pro.
