How does VMware virtualize bootcamp partitions? Does it actually install VMware tools and drivers on the bootcamp partition? Or does it maybe simulate the bootcamp OS and "virtually" install drivers and memory configuration and all that?? Id been running windows in Fusion for a while now but last month I got a new mac pro with the dual firepro d500's and a xeon 6 core and I just had to do a bootcamp partition. Total waste running windows with no hardware on a machine like this. It would be nice to occasionally fire up windows in Fusion though, I just worry about all the special drivers I had to install getting deleted or disabled or whatever. So what is the deal with that?
